Harivansh is the Editor-in-Chief of Prabhat Khabar, the Hindi Daily published by the Usha Martin Group from seven centers of Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal. The veteran journalist almost single-handedly revived the newspaper, which was all but dead when he took over as Editor in 1989.

Starting his career as a trainee journalist with The Times of India in 1977, Harivansh moved on to Dharamyug in Mumbai and subsequently joined Anand Bazar Partika as Assistant Editor for its Hindi weekly publication Ravivar. Harivansh has also worked as an officer with Bank of India and as Assistant Information consultant in the Prime Minister’s Office.

Harivansh has done an MA in Economics and a Diploma in Journalism from Banaras Hindu University.

With over 28 years of experience, Nalin R Tikkoo is a specialist in growing and turn-round businesses. Currently responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Mr. Tikkoo was part of the launch team for ESSAR – Hutchison (now sold to Vodafone for $20Bn).

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Tikkoo has held senior positions as CTO, COO, Chief of Business Operations and CEO and has set up, operated, and managed four different cellular networks in India.

Mr. Tikkoo is a Graduate Engineer with a PDM from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Dr. P. Bhattacharya has been Executive Director of Usha Martin Ltd. since 1998 and also serves as Joint Managing Director of the Usha Martin Group.

Before joining the Group in 1998, Dr. Bhattacharya has worked as General Manager (Marketing) of National Aluminum Company, Chief Executive of Exports of Indal and as Chief Operating Officer of Esser Steel.

An M. Tech in Design Engineering and Ph.D in Solid Mechanics from IIT, New Delhi, Dr. P. Bhattacharya has over 35 years of experience of managing large industrial enterprises

Mr Rakesh Sharma has been associated with Usha Breco Ltd since October 2000. He brings with him expertise in the matters of organization, strategy, tactics, training, motivation, morale and tenacity. Rakesh has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company before taking over as its Executive Director.

With twenty six years experience as a tank corps officer in the Indian Armed Forces, Mr. Sharma has the ideal mix of maturity, understanding, foresight and aggression.

Besides attending numerous relevant command and management courses at middle and senior level in the Armed Forces, he has obtained Masters Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the premier Symbiosis Management Institute in Pune, India.

Professor R. N. Biswas is the Educational Consultant, Usha Martin Infotech Limited. An M Sc (Tech) in Radiophysics and Electronics from the University of Calcutta, Prof. Biswas did his Ph D in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. On returning to India, he joined IIT Kanpur, where he had, at various times during 1967-1993, served as Professor & Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Dean of Research & Development and Chairman, Joint Entrance Examination. In recognition of his teaching excellence, IIT Kanpur honoured him with the Distinguished Teacher Award in 2006. He served as Director Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani, a National Laboratory under CSIR, from 1993-1999.

In 1999, Professor Biswas founded the Usha Martin Academy of Communication Technology in collaboration with IIT Madras and served as its Director for 2 years.

Prior to his present position, he was Distinguished Professor at the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gujarat.

Dr. Saugata Banerjee is the Executive Director of UshaComm & Eppixcomm. He is responsible for strategic & operational planning, and execution of all global activities of the two companies.

Prior to joining UshaComm, Dr. Banerjee has advised a range of large- and medium-sized organizations, including The World Bank, Duke Energy, AT&T, Sprint Telecom, Sasken, The Aditya Birla Group, BHEL, Reuters, Hindustan Lever, United Breweries, Computer Associates - TCG Software, etc. as a Strategy Consultant and Corporate Trainer. In the past, Saugata has also worked for Monitor Company (Management Consultants) at their global headquarters in Cambridge, USA, advising Fortune 500 clients.

Dr. Banerjee is a doctorate  in Management from INSEAD, France, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, USA. He has also been a Research Fellow at Harvard University, USA. Saugata is a Guest Faculty at IIM (Calcutta).

Mr. Uday Dharmadhikari is the CEO of Usha Breco Realty. With over 25 years experience in Project Marketing & project management of large and medium business units like Gammon, Tata, UHDE, Balmer Lawrie, Gherzi Eastern, and Jones Lang Lassalle Meghraj, Mr. Uday Dharmadhikari has been responsible for developing & implementing strategy for national and international projects.

Prior to joining Usha Breco Realty, Uday was President-Project Management of Jones Lang LaSalle Maghraj and have managed more than 12 million sq.ft of real estate projects in Hotel, residential, IT/ITES & retail sectors.

A B .E. (Civil Engg.), Mr. Dharmadhikari has also done a Professional Doctorate in Management (PDM).
